About UAE Cyber Security Council (CSC) National Bug Bounty Program
The National Cyber Security Council (NCSC) has created a UAE National Bug Bounty Program . By definition, a bug bounty program is an arrangement offered by organizations and software developers by which individuals (security researche`rs) can receive recognition and compensation for reporting bugs, especially those pertaining to security exploits and vulnerabilities. These programs allow the software (application) developers to identify, validate and resolve bugs before the general public is aware of them, preventing incidents of widespread abuse. More specifically a bug bounty program:

Security researchers to identify "bugs", vulnerabilities, and insecurities
Incentive Based System
To reward the discovery and disclosure of bugs and vulnerabbilities
Result Oriented Capacity
Focused on the quality and severity of bugs and vulnerabilities
